Background Luxury Attaché, a lifestyle management company, was expanding its businesses and recognized the need to increase the use of technology to better manage growth and its client’s demands. Luxury Attaché realized it needed applications to manage its clients and business partners but did not want to make a significant investment in buying hardware, software and paying for installation services. Luxury Attaché needed a technology partner to provide advice on its the technology direction and a cost effective approach to implement an application to meet its business needs. Results Luxury Attaché retained Invogen to review its business process and existing technology vendors to determine a technology solution to supports its growth. Invogen determined Luxury Attaché needed a centralized repository to store and manage its clients’ information which included personal information, preferences and requests for services. Upon evaluating existing solutions that required licensing fees and costly customization of the software to meet Luxury Attaché’s needs, Invogen and Luxury Attaché agreed to leverage Invogen Solutions. Invogen teamed with Luxury Attaché’s to create detailed requirements, designed the application, deployed the application into logical releases and trained the entire company on a client relationship management application called FOLIO focused on managing Luxury Attaché’s client and vendor relationships. Invogen has since helped Luxury Attaché extend FOLIO to integrate with third party websites and partners. Concurrently, Invogen also redesigned and implemented Luxury Attaché’s website that is optimized for search engine marketing. Invogen continues to advise Luxury Attaché with its technology direction while providing ongoing support to its website and applications. |
